THEME: THE INTERSECTION OF CUSTOMER, EMPLOYEE AND USER EXPERIENCES
The 2021 State of Technology conference explored the intersection of the customer, employee, and user experiences, otherwise known as the Total Experience (TX). Enabled by hybrid cloud, artificial intelligence, data, automation, IoT and edge computing, and more, the Total Experience gives organizations a competitive advantage, especially in response to circumstances such as the COVID-19 pandemic.
