
NC TECH Announces New Board Members
NC TECH is thrilled to announce the addition of eight distinguished leaders to the Board of Directors! As North Carolina’s technology sector continues to evolve and expand, these new board members will bring expertise, fresh insights, and a shared passion for advancing innovation across the state.
The NC TECH Board plays a crucial role in guiding the organization’s mission to fuel and champion growth in the state’s tech sector. We are excited to collaborate with our new board members as we continue to support North Carolina’s thriving tech economy.

Get to know our new Board Members:
Dave Ditillo - CIO, Corebridge Financial
Dave Ditillo, originally from Brooklyn, New York, moved to the Triangle 10 years ago. He started his career at JPMorgan Chase in the technology management program, he then moved on to spend more than 20 at MetLife in various technology leadership roles before he landed at Corebride Financial. An avid mountain biker, husband, and father of two, Dave is currently preparing to start his first beehive!
His first tech love was the Commodore 64 with a tape drive, he taught himself how to program when he was 8 years old! When asked what attracted him to NC TECH, Dave stated it was the "passion for technology, excitement about the state's investment in growing the technology footprint, and proactive engagement in mentoring."
Mark Guiditta - CEO, US & Canada, Fast Lane Consulting & Education
Mark Guiditta began his technology career in 2014 at Global Knowledge, where he helped companies develop comprehensive learning journeys. Fast forward to today, Mark is the CEO of Fast Lane US and Canada, where he guides global market strategies and has fostered partnerships with major technology providers.
Mark's first tech love, the Nintendo Entertainment System, taught him the importance of strategic thinking and problem-solving. Currently, he is reading Radical Alignment by Alexandra Jamieson and Bob Gower.
A husband and father of three, Mark enjoys playing disc golf, mini golf, and visiting the lake with his family.
Anne Hungate - CEO and Founder, QuantumBloom
Anne Hungate is no stranger to the tech world having more than 30 years of experience from entry level programmer to head of technology at a global firm. She is a sought-after speaker and consultant with a wealth of knowledge to share.
Given the chance, Anne would swap places with Oprah Winfrey for a day to experience interviewing inspirational leaders and sharing their stories. Anne is currently working on growing QuantumBloom, a comprehensive solution to address the talent shortage in technology. For fun, she plays tennis!
Megan Hutchinson - Tax Partner, Cherry Bekaert
Megan Hutchinson has dedicated her entire 17-year career to Cherry Bekaert, where she assists clients with tax planning and compliance. Starting as an intern, Megan has worked with businesses across various industries, including technology. Inspired by the innovation and drive she witnessed in tech companies, Megan shifted her practice to focus on the tech sector.
When asked what attracted her to NC TECH, Megan stated, "I have valued the insight and programming NC TECH has done in promoting women in tech. My hope is to further add to that conversation and work to keep NC #1 for women in tech fields."
An avid reader with a goal of reading 30-50 books a year, Megan is currently enjoying Variation by Rebecca Yarros. She is a wife and mother to a daughter and two fur babies.
Michael Iannelli - Co-Founder, Ablr
Michael Iannelli spent 25 years in brand marketing and digital advertising until co-founding Ablr, a digital accessibility and consulting organization with the mission to support the disability community and create universal experiences for all people.
Michael has been an avid supporter and member of NC TECH for years. When asked what attracted him to serve on the Board of Directors, he said, "I'd like to use my background and skill set to partner with other like-minded professionals in shaping the future of the association and identifying opportunities to infuse growth in the community."
Michael's first tech love was the Palm Trio. A father of three, he enjoys golfing, fishing, motorcycles, and exploring the great outdoors.
Chuck Kesler - CISO, Pendo.io
Chuck Kesler has been an active member of NC TECH for many years, contributing to the association through various events and fundraisers. His dedication to giving back is evident in his involvement with other organizations, including BSides RDU, where he served as Vice President; the Raleigh Information Systems Security Association (ISSA), where he also held the position of Vice President; and the North Carolina Healthcare Information and Communications Alliance (NCHICA), where he served as a Board member.
When asked about what would make his time on the NC TECH Board fulfilling, Chuck shared, "I've appreciated its focus on cybersecurity and helping women and minorities pursue careers in STEM. It would be an honor to be part of the Board that helps advance NC TECH's mission and further its contributions to North Carolina's tech sector."
Deverrie Lierman - VP, DX Practice Sales and Consulting, Infosys
Deverrie Lierman has a passion for cultivating talent, creating an inclusive work environment, and inspiring innovation and collaboration, making her the perfect candidate to join NC TECH's Board of Directors. She has been at Infosys since 2018 and, in her current role, she introduces new technologies and ways of working to future-facing companies to enhance human experiences. She has over 30 years of experience as a Fortune 500 digital technology leader, using her skills to drive strategy, development, and delivery in both sales and professional consulting services.
She is currently watching Severance, and due to her passion for space and the universe, would swap places with Stephen Hawking for a day to gain his understanding of black holes and the Big Bang theory. She is also the proud soccer mom of two!
Richard Ma - Global CTO, MetLife
Richard Ma currently resides in Cary with his wife and daughter and brings 30 years of experience to his role at MetLife. He is responsible for all aspects of technology at the company and plays a key role in shaping MetLife's digital strategy, focusing on cybersecurity, technology resilience, and innovations in cloud computing, data, and AI.
Richard's first tech love was the Macintosh computer during the 80s, igniting his passion for a career in science and technology. When asked what attracted him to NC TECH, he highlighted our "noble cause for empowering the community with technology and service, aligning with my aspiration of contributing my experience and giving back to the industry and community."
An avid reader, Richard finds inspiration and fresh ideas through books. He also values the power of meditation and reflection, sharing that "there's nothing like truly unplugging your mind, but there's also great value in reflection. I love to think about all the great people who surround me and how lucky I am to come to work each day and help at the moments in life when it matters most."
NC TECH is proud to welcome this group of extraordiary leaders to the Board of Directors and can't wait to collaboarte with them to continue to make an impact in the community.
